You can afterwards review your trainings in your history, rename them, see your progress, look at the map of your tracks or see the energy spent and the calories burnt.

Put your earphones and put the music on: 321Run is here to let you run in music. Your coach tells you how far you've gone, the duration of your training when you touch the screen : No need to transform into a gum to to read it from your armband.
Set yourself goals, from 5 minutes to 42km
You can choose to set yourself a goal based on the distance to run, the time to run or the energy to burn. Your coach will then tell you each time you reach a step what you've already done, and what's left.
You can set yourself a duration of training, from 5 minutes up to 1 hour, or a distance to run, from 3 km to 42km, from 2 miles to 10 miles, or choose 11 up to 1000 calories to burn.

Training plans to go further
Your coach will come with you in training plans of several sessions alternating walk, slow run and fast run to learn to reach different goals. Today there are 4 training plans of several sessions (from 10 to 15 sessions) : run 30 minutes, lose 10 kg in 10 weeks, run faster and prepare for a semi. With these trainings, your coach tells you when to change your rythm.
You've been running like a greek god, say it
Wether you reached 20km in 1 hour and 45 minutes or 4 km in 30 minutes, every goal reached deserved to be told. You can tweet your distance each time you finish your runs if you have a twitter account. You display the number of kilometers or miles in the iPhone's main screen, and the performance screen shows you your full stats.
321Run, 321Run Free and 321Run Lite
- 321Run Lite is a free application that allows you to listen to the same training plans as 321Run. But the GPS track and position is not recorded, so you don't have the distance, speed. You don't have the map. Still, 321RunLite works on both the iPhone and the iPod Touch. 321Run Lite is free
- 321Run Free is a free version of 321Run, without the history, without the export and with less trainings.
